Required are soldering skills, excellent hand-eye coordination, microscope operation, and reliable performance in a high-precision manufacturing setting. High school diploma or GED and 1+ year of manufacturing experience are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must have soldering and assembly experience with small electronic components.
• Ability to read manufacturing drawings and SOPs/OMS.
• Proven reliability and consistent attendance in a precision environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test electronic and mechanical components per instructions.
• Operate and monitor automated assembly technologies.
• Maintain equipment and perform housekeeping and process improvements.
• Document work orders and ensure proper component fit and alignment.
• Adhere to quality control procedures and report issues.
