Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Temporary Assembly Operator I for the 2nd shift in Virginia. Work involves assembling and testing electronic and mechanical components according to standardized work instructions, drawings, and procedures.

The role requires soldering proficiency, excellent hand-eye coordination, and microscope operation in a precision manufacturing environment. You will train on the 2nd shift and later work 2:15 PM–12:45 AM Monday-Thursday and Friday 2 PM–6 PM.

Responsibilities

• Quality control: identify mistakes and faulty components and report problems.

• Assemble components with tools; ensure proper fit and alignment; document work orders.
• Operate and monitor automated assembly technologies.
