Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking an Assembly Operator I to assemble and test electronic and mechanical components per standard instructions and drawings. The role requires soldering proficiency, microscope operation, and reliable attendance in a precision manufacturing setting.

The incumbent will work on 2nd shift (training during 2nd shift); hours are 2:15PM-12:45PM Monday-Thursday, with Friday 2PM-6PM. Candidate must perform quality checks and operate automated assembly equipment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated soldering experience required.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination for precision assembly.
• Microscope operation skills required for detailed inspection.

Responsibilities

• Follow quality control procedures and report issues with assembly or components.
• Maintain and operate equipment; perform housekeeping and suggest process improvements.
• Use tools to connect parts, ensure proper fit, complete work orders and document work.
• Operate and monitor automated technologies in the assembly process.
