Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience with soldering and assembly components.
• Read and interpret manufacturing drawings and SOPs.
• Commitment to quality, reliability and safety standards.
• Experience with small electronic components and fine assembly.

Responsibilities

• Follow quality control procedures and report problems.
• Maintain equipment and housekeeping; suggest improvements.
• Use tools to connect parts and align components; complete work orders.
• Operate and monitor automated technologies in the assembly process.
• Demonstrate exceptional hand-eye coordination and precision.
