Job summary

TE Connectivity’s Production Operator II assembles and tests electronic and mechanical components following standardized work instructions and drawings. The role requires precise hand-eye coordination and adherence to procedures.

The position emphasizes a continuous improvement mindset, with 1st shift training on Monday–Friday 6am–2:30pm, and responsibilities spanning from reading SOPs to operating hydraulic presses and using small tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Good hand-eye coordination required.
• Experience using microscopes and small hand tools.
• Manufacturing inspection experience preferred.
• Experience in production environment (machinist inspector or printing press operator).

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test electronic and mechanical components according to work instructions.
• Read and comprehend manufacturing drawings and SOPs/ OMS.
• Operate hydraulic presses.
• Maintain 5S cleanliness in the shift and responsible areas.
• Demonstrate a mindset of continuous improvement in all duties.
