Job summary

TE Connectivity's Assembly Operator I in Hampton, VA, will assemble and test electronic and mechanical components following standard work instructions and drawings. This role requires soldering proficiency, excellent hand-eye coordination, and microscope operation in a precision manufacturing environment.

Candidates must be reliable, able to sit for long periods, and willing to train on 2nd shift (2:15PM-12:45PM Mon-Thu, Fri 2PM-6PM), with flexibility to adjust as needed.

Qualifications

• Soldering experience is required.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination for precision assembly.
• Microscope operation proficiency is required.
• Reliable with consistent attendance and performance.
• Ability to sit for extended periods (8+ hours) while maintaining focus.

Responsibilities
