Job summary

You will work with team leaders, production supervisors, QA, and engineering to ensure tasks follow drawings, routers, and checklists, documenting wear and managing quality checks. This role emphasizes safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of five years of relevant manufacturing, assembly, or repair experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience with Nuclear Safety-Related pumps preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow routers, procedures, and Flowserve best practices.
• Inspect, repair, and assemble components while completing documentation.
• Interface with supervisors, planners, engineering, and quality inspectors.
• Inspect components for fits and runouts; document findings.
• Safely use hand and power tools; operate torches and other heat sources.
