Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and manufacturing docs.
• Experience with precision TIG welding and dimensional checks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding repairs and fabrication of pump components in 2G, 3G, 6G positions.
• Disassemble, repair, assemble, and test pumps and rotating equipment.
• Use micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and gauges to verify dimensions.
• Follow routers, drawings, and Flowserve procedures with accuracy.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
