Prolec-GE Waukesha, Inc. is seeking personnel for assembly across multiple process areas: core stacking, landing and topping, pre-wire, and final assembly.

The role requires reading instructions, bill of materials, and blueprints, selecting materials, and setting up tools for assembly operations. Candidates should be able to perform epoxy or insulating compound applications and operate a range of hand and power tools.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read blueprints, BOMs and SDS.
• Experience in mechanical assembly is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Receive assignments and follow supervisor instructions.
• Select materials and parts for assembly operations.
• Set up materials and tools for assembly operations.
• Perform epoxy and insulating compound applications as specified.
• Operate hand and air tools, brazing equipment, crimpers and related machinery.
• Land coils on stacked cores and install insulation and hardware as required.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in zero harm safety initiatives.
