Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with hand tools and machinery; ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Reliable, eager to learn, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components following detailed instructions and blueprints.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards.
• Transport and handle materials using hand trucks, forklifts, or other equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on assembly tools and report malfunctions.
• Complete paperwork and maintain records of work performed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Participate in training to improve skills and efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
