The role requires a High School Diploma/GED and at least 6 months of assembly experience, with ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints. You will collaborate across departments, document time, and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 6+ months of experience in assembly position
• Ability to communicate with a wide range of individuals
• Skilled in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Demonstrated ability in the assembly of mechanical and electrical devices is required
• Knowledge of general hand tools and knowledge of metrics & standard measurements

Responsibilities

• Assembles mechanical and electrical components using hand tools and equipment.
• Works with other departments to meet quality standards and production schedules.
• Meets production deadlines with attention to detail.
• Engages in continuous process improvement through discussion, feedback, and training.
• Terminates wires and cables and documents time spent on work in the system.
• Sandblasts parts for future assemblies and supports other departments.
• Follows job travelers and performs other duties as required.
