Job summary

HTS Ag in Holstein, IA is seeking a Precision Ag Technician for a full-time, hybrid role. You will install, configure, and maintain precision agriculture hardware and software on customer equipment and farms, and provide on-site and remote support.

You will troubleshoot technology issues, collect and transfer field data, calibrate systems, and train customers while documenting work and helping HTS Ag improve its precision solutions.

Qualifications

• Technical aptitude with precision agriculture hardware and GPS/RTK systems.
• Experience with agricultural data systems and basic data management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving for field-based technology.
• Effective communication and customer service to support producers.
• Ability to travel locally for on-site service.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to learn precision ag platforms.

Responsibilities
