Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC seeks an AGRIntelligence Technician to support precision agriculture initiatives across locations, including field data collection, analysis and software/hardware support. You will train staff, assist with soil sampling, EC data collection, and data delivery, ensuring field operations align with Helena standards.

Ideal candidates have a relevant degree or equivalent experience, GIS/GPS knowledge, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree required.
• 1 year of related work experience required.
• No degree and 3 years of related work experience will be considered.
• General understanding of geography, GIS, GPS and other agronomy software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.
• Spanish is a valuable asset.
• Travel up to 25–30% or less required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Researches and evaluates new digital farming / information management services and technologies.
• Reviews and performs quality control on AGRIntelligence products for customers.
• Delivers, communicates and presents products and services to customers with sales team assistance.
• Assists sales team with selling, positioning, delivery and presentation of products by allowing Sales Representatives to lead and manage customer accounts.
• Ensures products and services meet company standards and requirements.
• Communicates with Branch Manager, sales team, field support and AGRIntelligence team to meet deadlines and expectations.
• Provides technical training and support to Helena team and customers using AGRIntelligence products/services and AGRIntelligence 360.
