Job summary

Heritage Tractor seeks a Service Technician to diagnose, maintain and repair agricultural and turf equipment. You will follow manuals, complete documentation, and keep tools and work areas organized and safe.

The role requires use of diagnostic software such as Service Advisor and a valid driver's license. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, an associate degree in a related field, and at least one year of repair experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree in diesel technology, agricultural equipment technology, mechanical technology, or related field.
• At least one year of equipment maintenance or repair experience.
• Ability to use diagnostic software, including Service Advisor.
• Valid driver's license.
• Basic Service Technician certification.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on agricultural and turf equipment.
• Diagnose and repair established precision technology products and related systems.
• Follow manufacturer manuals and dealership procedures when completing repairs.
• Complete service documentation, reports, and labor hours accurately.
• Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and inventory in good condition.
• Ensure a safe and organized work environment and adhere to safety policies.
