Job summary

Agtegra Cooperative is seeking a Precision Ag Equipment Technician to repair, maintain, and troubleshoot precision farming equipment. This role requires an Associate degree or equivalent and knowledge of 12-volt electrical, hydraulic systems, and ag machinery.

Responsibilities include servicing planters, combines, and tractors, inspecting facilities and equipment, and supporting training seminars. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, English proficiency, and be able to work varied

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent with 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training.
Knowledge of 12-volt electrical systems, ag equipment mechanics, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to perform calculations (discounts, percentages, volume) and apply algebra/geometry concepts.
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Must be 18+ years old and proficient in English.
Valid driver's license required.
Physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied conditions with PPE.
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or different shifts.

Responsibilities

Perform general service, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on planters, combines, tractors, and precision equipment.
Inspect facilities, grounds, and equipment to troubleshoot and perform maintenance and repairs.
Research and test new equipment technologies.
Assist with customer and employee training seminars.
Adhere to safety regulations including OSHA and DOT requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
