Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC in Donalsonville, GA is seeking an AGRIntelligence Technician to support precision agriculture technology deployment and data management. You will train location teams, collect soil and EC data, and help deliver AGRIntelligence products.

The role involves coordinating with branches, sales, and agronomists, performing field work, and assisting with hardware/software installation of yield monitors, telemetry, and GIS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate's degree required.
• One year of related work experience required.
• No degree and three years of related work experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate new digital farming technologies and services.
• Review and QC AGRIntelligence products for customers.
• Present products/services to customers with the sales team.
• Assist sales in selling, delivering, and presenting products.
• Ensure products/services meet company standards.
• Communicate with Branch Manager, sales, field support regularly.
• Provide technical training and support for Helena team and customers.
• Lead field work: soil sampling, tissue sampling, EC data collection.
• Liaise between branch, sales, AGRIntelligence Specialist, Product Manager, and Agronomist.
• Assist with seed treating and other service-related sales.
• Provide GIS, GPS-related training on software and office tools.
• Analyze field data to determine management strategies and crop recommendations.
• Ensure timely data transfer to Field Support Center.
• Assist with installation of precision ag equipment at locations.
• Encourage thorough data collection for future opportunities.
• Drive a company vehicle as required.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Other duties as assigned; maintain regular attendance.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
