Qualifications

• Prior precious metals sales experience is required.
• Proven ability to manage leads, build client relationships, and close high-value transactions.
• Excellent verbal communication, sales and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with prospective clients throughout the day.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls with qualified leads.
• Educate clients on physical gold, silver, and other precious metals products.
• Identify each client’s financial goals and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Accurately document client interactions and sales activity within the company CRM.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance expectations.
• Stay informed about precious metals markets and industry trends.
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to drive overall success.
