Job summary

American Hartford Gold is seeking an Account Executive for our Los Angeles, CA office. This full-time, on-site role focuses on building a client portfolio in precious metals investments and guiding customers through Gold IRA options.

You will conduct outbound and inbound calls, present investment solutions, and work with sales leadership to achieve targets while maintaining compliant practices and excellent client service.

Qualifications

THE ROLE: This full-time, on-site Account Executive role is based in Los Angeles, CA.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Building and managing a portfolio of clients interested in precious metals investments, including Gold IRAs, by conducting outbound and inbound calls, qualifying leads, and providing consultative guidance.
• Daily activities include explaining product options, presenting tailored investment solutions, preparing quotes, and guiding clients through the purchasing and account setup process.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records, following up on prospects, meeting individual and team sales targets, and adhering to industry regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership, operations, and customer support to ensure a smooth client experience and long-term relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrate sales and account management skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals in a phone-based or in-person environment.
• Strong client relationship and communication abilities, with capacity to explain complex financial or investment concepts in a clear, accessible manner.
• Experience using CRM systems and basic digital tools for tracking pipelines, documenting interactions, and managing follow-ups.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet performance targets.
• Knowledge of financial services, investments, or precious metals markets is highly beneficial; willingness to learn industry-specific products and regulations.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in an on-site team setting and contribute to a high-performance sales culture.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer-focused attitude, with commitment to compliance and ethical sales practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience in sales or financial services is also valued.
