Molin Concrete Products Company in Minnesota seeks a hands-on field crew member for precast concrete work. You will connect and align precast elements per construction drawings, place grout, and support safe, efficient site operations.

The role requires comfort with heights, blueprint literacy, OSHA rule knowledge, and teamwork. You will also assist with welding, vehicle movement, and occasional safety audits, with union-based pay structures guiding compensation.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year jobsite experience, preferably with precast concrete products.
• Passion for safety and strong teamwork.
• Comfort working from heights.
• Knowledge of Federal and State OSHA regulations for jobsite safety.

Responsabilidades

• Position, connect, and align precast concrete elements per drawings.
• Place grout in keyways, column bases, and beam caps as per drawings.
• Maintain site safety and monitor hazards including fall protection.
• Perform routine housekeeping and maintenance of the jobsite.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment and supplies; inform foreman of needed repairs.
• Excavate with shovels; use heavy-duty hammer drills and saws on concrete.
• Operate crane signals per OSHA standards.
• Welding, including overhead welding, as added responsibility.
• Move vehicles as instructed; operate forklift and small equipment as required.
• Participate in site safety audits when requested.
