Job summary

Molin is seeking a hardworking laborer to support concrete production operations. You will engage in physical tasks using hand and power tools, read measurements, and assist with rebar and form preparation on precast products.

The role requires stamina and strong safety practices, with full-time hours Monday through Thursday and potential overtime. You will operate in varying weather, handling heavy loads and contributing to team goals.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 25 pounds regularly, 40 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to accurately read a tape measure.
• Ability to read and follow directions on blueprints and drawings.
• Must be able to work full-time Monday through Thursday with possible overtime.
• Must follow safety procedures and incident reporting.
• Knowledge of equipment and materials used in concrete production.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks involving strenuous manual labor in production of pre-stress and precast concrete products.
• Measure, cut and install rebar, weld-plates, insulation or other products for the panel being worked on.
• Maintain a clean job site and secure tools daily to prevent hazards.
• Contribute to company morale and group goals.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
