Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a non-exempt production associate to join our industrial manufacturing team. You will safely and efficiently produce precast concrete products to the highest quality standards, supporting daily operations on the production floor.

Responsibilities include stripping, cleaning forms, preparing steel molds, basic carpentry, and maintaining the facility. The role requires a high school diploma, basic math, effective communication, and the ability

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
