Job summary

Fabcon Precast, LLC in Michigan is hiring Production Laborers to join our manufacturing team. You will help create forms for precast concrete sections (walls, beams, columns, stairs) and assist with rebar, plates, mesh and foam insulation.

The role requires reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, strong teamwork and reliable attendance, and the ability to work overtime when needed to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to read tape measure and blue prints.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to operate machinery safely.
• Ability to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Create forms used to build precast concrete sections (e.g. walls, beams, columns, stairs, etc.).
• Install rebar, plates, mesh, and foam insulation.
• Form concrete using screed boards, vibrators, and trowels.
• Use hand tools, and power tools (drills, saws, tie guns, etc.).
