Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking an industrial production worker in Minnesota to join the precast concrete manufacturing team. You will strip forms, prepare steel molds, perform basic carpentry, and maintain a clean, safe workspace to ensure high-quality concrete products.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing experience is preferred. The role offers $20/hour with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete
• Perform basic carpentry skills
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
