Job summary

Molin Concrete Products Co is seeking an experienced project/field coordinator to manage and control concrete erection projects. You will collaborate with the Project Manager and Field Manager to ensure efficient, safe erection across multiple sites, coordinating with General Contractors and Molin teams.

You will develop erection schedules, oversee site readiness, and document all installation logistics using Bluebeam, AutoCAD and related apps.

Qualifications

Five to seven years of commercial construction industry experience (Preferably precast concrete).
Experience coordinating multi-discipline field operations and site logistics.
Strong verbal and written communication, leadership, and safety planning abilities.

Responsibilities

Manage and control assigned projects with site coordination and documentation.
Collaborate with Molin PM and Field Manager on safe, efficient erection of projects.
Establish and communicate erection schedule and sequence with GC and Molin teams.
Coordinate access roads/pads with GC prior to mobilization and document processes.
Document site readiness, logistics, and field conditions using digital tools.
Visit and visually verify jobsite before crew mobilization and installation date.
Coordinate Field Quality Control for layout/survey prior to crew arrival.
Develop site safety plans and review with GC and Erection Foreman before mobilization.
