Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a hands-on laborer to safely produce precast concrete products. You will read drawings, prepare molds, place and finish concrete, and assist with yard work and loading. Teamwork and safety are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to read drawings and blueprints.
• Some construction experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and be trained.
• Must communicate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
• Cut, bend, place, and tie steel rebar.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Place concrete in molds and finish surfaces.
• Disassemble molds and remove finished product next day.
• Mold/form building and facility housekeeping.
• Yard work and truck loading.
