Fabcon in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a dependable welding laborer to perform welding and general construction tasks to erect precast concrete wall panels.

Work hours are 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed. Safety gear reimbursements and a team-focused environment are provided, and you must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Experience with welding certifications (AWS 3G/4G) is preferred.

Competenze

• Welding experience required; AWS 3G and 4G certifications preferred.
• General knowledge of construction practices; two or more years of construction or manual labor experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to carry out simple and complex verbal instructions.

Mansioni

• Perform welding and general construction labor necessary to erect precast concrete wall panels.
• Complete welding assignments safely and efficiently as part of an erection crew.
• Follow work direction provided by the detail or erection crew foreperson.
• Perform additional construction and field duties as assigned by the foreperson.
• Use materials and supplies efficiently and handle tools and equipment responsibly.
• Follow all established safety policies, procedures, and jobsite requirements.
• Maintain professional conduct and work effectively with crew members and other jobsite personnel.
