Job summary

Fabcon is seeking a Manager of Business Development – Precast Concrete in Eden Prairie, MN to expand our market presence across industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors, building long-term client relationships and leading cross-functional teams.

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will identify opportunities, respond to RFPs, and align client needs with Fabcon’s precast solutions while traveling for client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development in construction, manufacturing or building materials.
• Strong understanding of commercial/industrial construction markets and client dynamics.
• Extensive network with general contractors, developers, engineers and consultants.
• Proven track record of sales success and relationship building with decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new opportunities across market segments (industrial, retail, logistics, commercial).
• Grow existing accounts and establish strategic partnerships; tailor solutions to client needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, estimating and project management to deliver proposals and service.
• Represent Fabcon at trade shows and events; provide market insights to leadership.
• Develop and monitor pipeline updates and communicate progress to leadership.
