Job summary

The ideal candidate should have at least one year of precast experience, basic welding skills, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards. The role will also require effective communication and the ability to adapt to changing tasks in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year direct experience as an erection crew member.
• Minimum of one (1) year precast experience.
• Experience with welding and familiarity with general construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily jobsite responsibilities with Foreperson.
• Promote teamwork and set an example for crew members.
• Keep supervisors informed on job progress and completion dates.
