Mid-States Concrete Industries is seeking a Project Manager in Beloit, WI to lead cross‑department coordination, manage project scope, and uphold safety, quality, and on‑time delivery.

The role serves as the primary client contact from award to closeout, reviews drawings, manages changes, and collaborates with engineering, production, and field teams to meet schedules. Growth, competitive pay, benefits, and a safety‑conscious culture await.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction or precast environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field required.
• PMP certification preferred; strong knowledge of construction processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for client from project award through closeout.
• Review take-offs, shop drawings, and project specifications for compliance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Drafting, Production, and Field teams to meet schedules.
• Manage change orders with client approval and bill for completed work.
• Prepare and finalize all project closeout documents and handoffs.
