Fabcon, a leading precast concrete manufacturer, is seeking a Concrete Finisher in Grandville, MI. This permanent role runs 10:00 am to completion, Monday through Friday, with a focus on wet finishing for precast components.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and use hand tools.
• Able to follow complex verbal instructions.
• Ability to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily wet finishing operations for precast concrete components.
• Ensure surfaces are finished to required smoothness, texture, and quality specifications.
• Inspect and verify quality of finished products, addressing defects or inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with Production Supervisors to meet production schedules and prioritize workflow.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while supporting daily production goals.
