Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Pre-Surgical Testing unit.
• Prepare surgical charts and required documentation.
• Enter physician orders and maintain patient records.
• Perform phlebotomy and EKG services for surgical patients as needed.
• Ensure patient information is confidential and compliant with regulations.
• Deliver excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff.
• Coordinate patient flow to support efficient and safe surgical preparation.
