Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• 3 years of phlebotomy and/or lab processing experience or equivalent in Health Care.
• Previous training or teaching experience preferred.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Strong administrative skills and working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and medical-based software.
• Ability to work independently with attention to follow through and documentation.
• Detail and task oriented; ability to train and assist others.
