Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. in Atlanta/Alpharetta, GA seeks a pre-litigation attorney to join our growing team as a Pre-Suit Attorney.

You will handle day-to-day pre-litigation tasks, guide clients through the case process, draft and file documents, and oversee settlement considerations. Requirements include a law degree from an accredited school, active GA State Bar status, 1+ year of personal injury experience, and strong writing, advocacy and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active GA State Bar in good standing.
• 1+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Desire to become part of a trial team.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work.
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents.
• Complete TD approval for liability issues.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages.
• Manage the release approval process.
• Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers.
• Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily general liability.
• Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team.
• EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements.
