Extreme Networks seeks a dynamic Systems Engineer to join our Sales team in a Pre-Sales capacity, supporting our Sports and Entertainment vertical. You will design, present, and oversee the implementation of large-scale public venue networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• Expert level Wi-Fi design and security knowledge.
• Experience with enterprise network design and pre-sales.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the implementation of complex network solutions for sports and entertainment venues.
• Prepare and deliver compelling customer presentations to executive, management, and technical audiences.
• Represent Extreme Networks at trade shows, seminars, industry events, and customer briefings.
• Analyze customer requirements and architect solutions that position Extreme products against competitors.
• Demonstrate Extreme products and articulate competitive advantages and differentiation.
• Manage complex customer interactions and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate across Sales, Engineering, Support, and Product teams for delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in live customer environments.
