Job summary

Rise Technical in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Application Engineer to provide technical pre-sales support, develop technical solutions, and travel up to 50% while collaborating with customers, partners, engineering and marketing teams.

You will present product demonstrations, run POCs, and troubleshoot issues to drive successful sales in networking, RFID, printing, and industrial tech environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of applications/pre-sales support experience.
• Experience with RFID technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Experience with enterprise networking and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to sales teams and customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Design, develop, and present product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
• Test and troubleshoot products and applications; document findings and collaborate with engineering, sales and marketing.
• Maintain knowledge of competing technologies and support technical requirements during the sales process.
