Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of applications/pre-sales support experience.
• Software programming experience.
• Experience with RFID technologies.
• Experience with enterprise networking including Wireshark, wireless LAN, network security, vulnerability scanning, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills and ability to travel internationally up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to sales teams and customers, responding to technical inquiries and helping develop solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and design, develop, and present product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
• Test and troubleshoot products and applications, document findings, and work with engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
• Maintain knowledge of competing technologies and support technical requirements throughout the sales process.
