Job summary

SONIFI Solutions, Inc. seeks a Solutions Design Associate to support the GIA sales process and coordinate network designs for proposals. You will build diagrams, heatmaps, and documentation to help customers understand solutions that fit their networking needs.

You will collaborate with engineering and sales, produce quotes, and help drive successful implementations while pursuing industry certifications and staying current with technologies.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree minimum; four-year degree preferred in Network Engineering or IT, with at least two years in IP networking.
• Strong knowledge of DOCSIS, LAN/WAN, Ethernet, and Wi‑Fi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax).
• Ability to translate technical details to diverse audiences and produce accurate proposals.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales process and coordinate network designs for proposals.
• Develop access point placement plans, network diagrams, heatmaps, and cabling plans.
• Prepare technical content, demos, and proofs of concept for GIA solutions.
