Job summary

SONIFI Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Solution Design Associate to support the Guest Internet Access (GIA) sales process and coordinate network designs for proposals to prospects and clients. You will build diagrams, craft quotes, and assemble documentation to drive successful engagements.

Collaborate with Sales, Network Engineering, and vendors to ensure designs meet brand standards and client requirements while delivering compelling demonstrations of SONIFI’s GIA solutions.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree minimum; four-year degree preferred in Network Engineering or IT, with two years in IP networking or related areas.
• Knowledge of networking including DOCSIS, LAN/WAN, Ethernet, and Wi‑Fi designs and standards.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences and maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and diagramming tools.
• Experience with Wi‑Fi survey software and tools such as Ekahau Pro, AirMagnet, or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep up to date on SONIFI brands, industry standards, and product offerings.
• Support sales by helping customers understand GIA solutions and communicate value.
• Produce accurate quotes and detailed supporting documentation for sales and contracting processes.
• Develop access point placement plans, network diagrams, heatmaps, and cabling plans for proposals and implementations.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and vendor partners to ensure designs meet brand standards and client needs.
• Prepare demos and proof of concepts to illustrate use cases of GIA solutions.
