Job summary

SONIFI Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Design Associate to support the GIA sales process and develop network designs for proposals. You will collaborate with Sales, Architecture, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure designs are accurate and meet opportunities while aligning with brand standards.

The role involves creating detailed network diagrams, heatmaps, and quotes, and obtaining relevant vendor certifications to enhance solution proposals.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree minimum, four-year preferred in Network Engineering or IT.
• Experience in IP networking and related systems or services.
• Knowledge of DOCSIS, LAN, WAN, Ethernet, and Wi‑Fi standards (802.11).
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales by providing pre-sales technical and functional support for GIA offerings.
• Design cost-effective network solutions that meet brand and SONIFI standards.
• Create network diagrams, heatmaps, and cabling plans for proposals.
• Prepare technical content, demos, and proof of concepts for sales use cases.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, Product Management, and Sales teams to ensure designs meet opportunities.
