Job summary

SONIFI Health Incorporated in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking a technically oriented Technical Product Owner to translate customer needs into networking product features and work closely with software engineering to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will own and prioritize the product backlog, define requirements, and collaborate with QA, customer support, sales, and product management to ensure alignment with strategy and measurable value for SONIFI customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 5+ years in product management or related fields.
• 3+ years in networking infrastructure, SaaS, or managed services.
• Experience owning backlogs and writing user stories with acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog by translating strategy into features, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering, QA, product management, customers, and stakeholders to deliver networking and managed service solutions.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and other Agile activities; be the primary resource for development teams.
