Qualifications

Strong knowledge of networking concepts and infrastructure design.
Experience in pre-sales or technical sales within IT.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization.

Responsibilities

Develop and refine knowledge of our products and services to answer customer questions and meet needs within existing offerings.
Lead discovery meetings to understand client operations and opportunities, introducing Managed IT, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation offerings.
Present actionable recommendations to decision makers, translating technical details into business value.
Align solutions with client goals in areas such as data analytics, AI-driven insights, and process redesign.
Co-own the pre-sales pipeline and ensure delivery success with other teams.
Assist in training sessions for sales teams to identify qualified opportunities across IT, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation services.
