Job summary

NRI North America is seeking a Senior Technical Solution Architect in Milwaukee to work directly with customers, assisting account executives in presales activities and in developing architecture-driven proposals. You will lead discovery sessions, design architectures, and deliver compelling demonstrations for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, CS, IS, or related field.
• 7–9 years in a solution architect/pre-sales/technical consulting role.
• Strong written/verbal communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Interpersonal, team collaboration and management interaction ability.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills; time management and adaptability.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
• Experience designing and presenting complex technical solutions to enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Create architectural designs and conduct infrastructure/connectivity analyses.
• Lead onsite or virtual workshops and discovery sessions; write documentation and statements of work.
• Partner with account executives to drive technical discovery and solution design with enterprise clients.
• Develop and present tailored solution architectures meeting business requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations, whiteboard sessions, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed, solution-specific content.
• Influence product development through client feedback and market demand.
• Mentor junior solution architects and share knowledge across pre-sales teams.
• Collaborate with delivery and sales to ensure feasibility and smooth post-sale transitions.
• Maintain deep knowledge of company offerings, competitive positioning and trends.
