Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field; Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 2+ years Commercial or relevant industrial experience preferred.
• Experience in technical scope review and formal proposal development preferred.
• Basic level of technical knowledge with the application of electrical distribution products and systems.
• Excellent team player with ability to multitask and maintain customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing clear, concise, and technically sound tailored solutions for customer review and acceptance based on customer requirements and/or RFPs.
• Perform equipment selections and technical calculations for Low Voltage Switchgear, Switchboards, Panelboards and Busway.
• Apply Quote Configurator tool to provide comprehensive quote support.
• Review custom service & solution orders and provide technical instruction throughout the order workflow.
• Provide technical support to Vertiv Sales and customers.
• Analyze customer specifications and propose cost-effective product offerings.
