Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field; Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Experience in technical scope review and formal proposal development preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical distribution products and systems.
Aufgaben
- Assist in developing clear, concise tailored solutions based on customer requirements and RFPs.
- Perform equipment selections and technical calculations for Low Voltage Switchgear, Switchboards, Panelboards and Busway.
- Apply Quote Configurator tool to provide comprehensive quote support.
- Review custom service and solution orders and provide technical instruction throughout order workflow.
- Maintain productive attitude toward targets regarding reliability, safety, quality, and productivity.
- Provide technical support to Vertiv Sales and customers.
- Analyze customer specifications and apply appropriate product offerings to meet needs.
- Follow up on opportunities to determine win/loss status.
- Update sales force with quotation information and assist with orders for smooth handover.
