We're seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Consultant – Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to join our high-performing team!

In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate with Account Executives to drive new business and expand relationships with existing clients. You’ll help clients envision how our TMS solutions can revolutionize their operations. Your responsibilities include leading discovery sessions, crafting demos, supporting RFPs/RFIs, and ensuring a smooth handoff to our professional services team.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Communicating the benefits of Infios solutions to stakeholders, including executives, IT, and business managers
  • Scoping technical and functional solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring differentiation and value
  • Providing product management with insights on functionality gaps, competitive comparisons, and enhancement requests
  • Delivering high-impact solution demonstrations and supporting sales growth
  • Coaching team members to improve product knowledge, technical expertise, and sales skills
  • Staying current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of pre-sales experience in B2B software sales
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management; Transportation Management and SaaS experience preferred
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to increase deal size and accelerate sales
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quotas

Salary starts at $130K DOE plus commissions. Compensation is based on experience, market factors, and internal pay parity.
