The Role

We're seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant who excels at turning technology into compelling business value. This is a highly consultative, pre-sales role where you'll partner with Account Executives and Industry Consultants to help prospects envision and achieve a better operational future-not through a list of features, but through outcomes that matter.

This is more than a demo role. You'll be a strategic storyteller, trusted advisor, and value translator-guiding manufacturing leaders from their current reality to a more efficient, compliant, and data-driven future.

What You'll Do

Engage deeply in the sales process, supporting Account Executives with discovery, tailored demos, solution scoping and strategy, implementation planning and business value alignment. Translate complex requirements into clear solution narratives rooted in outcomes-not just functionality. Learn and leverage compelling customer stories to reinforce the impact of our solutions and build credibility. Collaborate cross-functionally with Industry Consultants to incorporate industry trends, best practices, and regulatory considerations. Influence buying decisions by articulating the ROI and business transformation our platform enables. Support RFPs and technical evaluations, ensuring we align with business goals, not just checkboxes. Serve as a trusted advisor to food and beverage manufacturers, with a working understanding of safety, production, and supplier management operations. What We're Looking For

7-10 years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Pre-Sales role, preferably in SaaS. Proven ability to deliver value-based, outcomes-driven presentations to business and technical stakeholders. A consultative style with strong storytelling, problem-solving, and active listening skills. Experience in or exposure to manufacturing, especially food and beverage industries. Understanding of production, food safety, and supplier quality management workflows. Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative sales environment. Why Join Us?
