About Rouse Energy
Rouse Energy is a clean-tech company with a proprietary, “green”, patented, fuel additive we call “CMS” (forcomprehensive mineral supplement) that improves combustion of a variety of fuels (higher heat, even heat, lower emissions, cleaner ash). The feedstock for production is waste material, some of it toxic, otherwise destined for landfills. The target application is power generation, but other industrial processes using heat produce waste slag as an unwanted byproduct thatcan be recycled into CMSfor a circular, on-site process. With CMS, we hope to reshape the future of industrial combustion and integrated platforms such as briquetting and pyrolosis.
We are seeking an experienced Technical Advisor with deep expertise in combustion systems and solid fuel technologies to support our product development and commercialization efforts. This is a high-impact role ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives at the intersection of R&D, industrial operations, and clean tech.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
Ideal Background
·10+ years of experience in combustion technologies, thermal processing, or related energy systems.
·Hands-on experience with industrial boilers, kilns, furnaces, or similar systems.
