Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking a Design Engineer to transform customer needs into actionable AV system designs and detailed documentation. You will collaborate with Account Managers to understand requirements, assess risks, and communicate complex designs clearly to clients.

• Proficient in AV system design and documentation.
• Experience designing AV solutions for client needs and constraints.
• Knowledge of IP networking and AV/IT integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales design and proposal efforts.
• Translate customer requirements into functional system designs.
• Develop and maintain design standards packages for large accounts.
• Produce detailed system documentation and BOMs.
• Collaborate with vendors, architects, and contractors on design constraints.
