Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in application, design, or technical sales roles.
• Ability to design and configure complex systems with limited guidance.
• Experience with medium/low voltage starters and drives.
• Willingness to travel 10–20%.
• Strong technical skills in power electronics and switchgear.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external sales teams and customers to provide application specific designs and solutions.
• Identifies and interprets technical requirements, deliverables, dates and other noteworthy programmatic details/constraints.
• Determines if the order should be led by a Program Manager and coordinates handoff and provides support.
• Reviews contractual terms and conditions and attends bidder’s conferences where applicable.
• Prepares total quotation package and provides front end support.
• Maintains CRM and quote logs for all proposals and key accounts, and provides KPI information for regular business reviews.
• Provides key insights and guidance to Program Management, commercial teams, and customers regarding product configuration, standardization, and front-end process optimization.
