Job summary

DASSAULT SYSTEMES, the 3DEXPERIENCE Company, seeks a DraftSight Pre-Sales Application Engineer in the greater Boston area. The role focuses on pitching, demoing, and promoting our DraftSight desktop and cloud platforms to clients across North America.

The candidate will leverage engineering and marketing know-how to build deep CAD/PLM/CAE product knowledge, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel up to 15% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Biomedical) or Architecture/Construction preferred.
• 8-10 years’ experience in technical sales or technical marketing in software.
• 2D CAD experience is a MUST; additional CAD/PLM tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales and Marketing campaigns for DraftSight in North America.
• Lead or participate in pre-sales activities: qualification, discovery, solution engineering, demonstrations.
• Create client-facing technical demos, videos, datasets, webinars, and live streams.
• Pitch, demo, and promote adoption of DraftSight to NAM Sales team.
